Meriden Compliance — Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold by Meriden Compliance are digital downloads delivered electronically.

No right of return applies once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the digital content and that your right of withdrawal (where applicable under local law) is waived upon download commencing.

This applies to customers in all markets, including the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and Australia.

EU customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Australian customers: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded. Where a product is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under ACL.

US customers: No statutory right of return applies to digital goods under federal law. State laws may vary.

If you experience a technical fault preventing download or access, contact us at sales@axiomordo.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
